Convicted MP Gareth Ward says he’s “shattered” and plans to appeal the court decision, but refuses to resign from parliament. Clinton Maynard says this is outrageous.
The NSW Premier Chris Minns confirms a motion will be introduced Tuesday to expel convicted MP Gareth Ward from Parliament. Mark Speakman says the Coalition will be backing the motion.
