The CFMEU, with the Victorian branch of the Health Services Union is facing an investigation of corruption.

Investigative reporter at The Sydney Morning Herald, Nick McKenzie says the investigation is looking at what former CFMEU boss John Setka and HSU director Diane Asmar did with $3 million of union funds.
