Respected broadcaster, Luke Grant, will step into a new role at 2GB in 2024, taking the helm of 2GB Weekend Mornings.

Grant takes over the shift from Michael McLaren, who was recently announced as the host of 2GB Afternoons. 

Luke Grant has built a loyal following off the back of a broadcasting career stretching more than 30 years.

Grant said: “The news cycle has no respect for weekends – there are new issues to cover and opinions to share every day of the week, so being able to do that with our 2GB listeners on Saturdays and Sundays is something I’m really looking forward to”.

“I am going to miss my Overnights audience, but a new challenge awaits. Bring it on!”

2GB Weekend Mornings with Luke Grant will premiere on Saturday 13 January 2024 from 9.00am-1.00pm.
