NDIS Minister Bill Shorten has shut down suggestions from “scaremongers” who claim that people will be kicked off the NDIS scheme as moves are made to slash costs following the findings of a major review. 

“For all of the scaremongers out there, saying, ‘everyone’s going to be kicked off the scheme. It’ll all be ruined and you’ll be living on the streets’. This is rubbish,” he said.

“The scheme is going to grow.”
