BREAKING: Currently, up to 10 million Australians are experiencing a major outage and connection issues, with Optus facing one of its worst incidents in years.

An Optus spokesperson has since told 2GB:

• We are aware of an outage impacting our customers.
• Our teams are working to restore services as soon as possible.
• We will provide an update as soon as we are able.
• Optus apologises sincerely to customers.
