The Australian Turf Club have begun lobbying for a brand new stop in the Metro, asking for a station at Camellia near one of the racecourses.

The Turf Club are keen to put their hat into the ring for it to go ahead – and get their own station which would also serve a growing suburban area.

“If you start putting more train stops and train stations in, it’s going to cost a lot more money. Is it worth it? I reckon it probably is worth a conversation.”
