Kieser Physiotherapist Tim Dettmann tells Bill Woods that if you’re exercising regularly it’s not such a big deal but if you’re going from the couch to the squash court, you’re looking for trouble. And with such good non-invasive surgery nowadays for knee and hip replacements, is surgery easier than trying to repair a joint that’s well and truly past its use-by date?
