Communities near current or proposed mining sites in New South Wales will be able to have their say at an Upper House Inquiry.

It will investigate the current and future impacts of gold, silver, lead and zinc mining…. on the waterways, land and human health.

Rural reporter Ella Smith spoke to New South Wales Greens mining and water spokeswoman Cate Faehrmann about what sparked the inquiry and what she hopes it will do for the affected regional and farming communities.
