The Hunter bus crash has seen an outpouring of discussion about safety, but Chris O’Keefe fears decisions might be made from the wrong headspace.

O’Keefe spoke of fears around emotionally-charged decisions while the victims and their families still grieve.

“These decisions are not well made in the fog of grief and trauma”, he told 2GB Drive listeners.
