A brawl broke out in Woolworths in Tamworth starting with two women violently throwing fists at one another before more join in.

About 5pm (Thursday 1 June 2023), police were called to a supermarket on Peel Street, Tamworth, following reports of a fight.

Officers attached to Oxley Police District were told a group of people became involved in a verbal argument before a physical altercation ensued.
