The plastic bag ban has started to hit Australia, but not everybody is impressed.

Chris O’Keefe lambasted the ban, questioning whether or not it was actually doing anything for the environment.

“Are we banning a product that’s not as bad as it’s meant to be?” he pondered on 2GB’s Afternoon Drive.
