Lidia Thorpe has hit back at Anthony Albanese after the Prime Minister called out her “unacceptable” behaviour, following her strip club visit.

The Independent senator has been widely criticised following the release of footage, where she is seen screaming at a group of men outside Maxine’s Gentlemen’s Club in Melbourne at 3:00am on Sunday.

“These are not the actions of anyone who should be participating in society in a normal way, let alone a senator,” the Prime Minister told 2SM radio.

“My health is not for him to comment,” Thorpe told The Guardian, “Nothing new really…Another day in the colony.”
