NSW is currently facing record-high rental prices, making it extremely tough for people to be involved in the market.

Managing Director at  SMQ Research Louis Christopher told Luke Grant it’s the worst prices he has ever seen.

“These are the worst prices I have ever seen in my life.”

Mr Christopher told Luke that the government needs to make it easier for Australians.
