‘It’s not just Alice Springs’: 20-year-old murdered in Darwin

A 20-year-old has died after being stabbed at his local BWS drive-through bottle shop.
Declan Laverty refused to serve alcohol to a certain individual.
In response, the 19-year-old customer stabbed the worker and fled the scene.
Following the incident the victim texted his father saying: “Love you… I’ve been stabbed”.
