Ben Fordham has weighed in on Australia getting ready to welcome 300,000 people into the country.

While acknowledging how good it is to have migrants “boost” the country and the economy, Ben says there is a broader issue.

“The reality is, migrants don’t want to live in the bush.

“They have no interest in setting up in Dubbo or Orange. It’s Sydney, Melbourne or bust.

“How many more people can Sydney take? Our current rental vacancy rate is at a record low of 0.9%, some people have been searching for a rental for 6 months.”
