A Real Estate Agency is selling a single-car spot in the CBD for $130,000!

Will Mulvihill from Henderson & Horning Property is selling the car spot and told Chris O’Keefe it’s quite “rare” for them to go for that price.

“The one in Clarence street at 251 is the only preface-built car park in the core of the CBD and has about 260 car spaces,” Will said.
