Ray Hadley has torn into the NSW Premier over two “crap” new initiatives. 

Dominic Perrottet has pledged to help young drivers into safer cars with a $5000 cash incentive for cars less than a decade old and with a five-star safety rating.

But Ray believes the lack of detail will open the program up to being rorted.

“How is someone in Bathurst or Taree going to buy a used car … in Sydney for $1500 and [transport it] to a rural place!?”

The Premier has also flagged cutting grocery bills by introducing a “powerful commissioner” to fix the supply chain and logistics.

“I tell you what’s driving them up Dominic: electricity, tolls!” Ray continued.

“Are you really kidding!? It’s insulting that you’ve come up with such crap!”
