The Prime Minister’s proposed constitutional change is under fire.

Under Anthony Albanese’s plan, the Voice to Parliament could make representations to the executive government.

Legal experts are worried this could lead to endless litigation in the High Court.

Father Frank Brennan sent a warning letter to the PM outlining these problems in November last year.

He also pressed Anthony Albanese to open up a parliamentary committee “allowing everyone to have their say on the proposed words”.

The PM says he is now open to suggestions.

But – we’re still waiting for this committee to start.

“The PM should have been listening,” Ben said.
