A Brisbane pub-goer, who goes by the name “retailstaffparking” on Reddit shared that they bought a $12 bowl of hot chips while at the establishment.

The online backlash over the size and price of a bowl of hot chips has caused it to go viral and people have called into the Drive with Chris O’Keefe show to share their own overpriced food experiences.
