An old Holden plant in Adelaide is getting a revamp after closing more than five years ago – but its new purpose doesn’t have much to do with cars.

The plant is being converted into a mushroom growing facility, producing 20 tonnes of mushrooms per week.

The CEO of Epicurean Food Group, Kenneth King, joins John to chat about the new facility and all things fungi.
