Australia’s wine industry left with surplus of grapes amid China dispute

Australia’s wine industry is concerned the ongoing trade dispute with China will result in grapes being left unpicked on the vines.

A surplus of wine grapes are prominent because vineyards planted a mass number a few years ago in anticipation of the growing China market.

Wine Australia director and managing director of Taylors Wines, Mitchell Taylor joined Deborah Knight to explain how the trade dispute with China is hurting wine businesses.
