Firefighters in New South Wales are concerned about bush fires this season.
Record rainfall has provided the perfect conditions for grass and undergrowth to flourish.
NSW Rural Fire Service spokesman Ben Shepherd told John Stanley rural landowners need to make sure they maintain overgrown grass and roadside verges on their properties.
