The Ukrainian President has touched down in Washington DC and is about to meet with US President Joe Biden.

Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Poland by train and then boarded an American military aircraft to the United States.

He’ll also visit Congress in his first overseas trip since Russia’s invasion.

US Correspondent Harley Carnes told John Stanley it’s a monumental event, given the President has been bunkered down for so long.
