The Chief Executive of the Council on Aging is calling for the policy to “catch up“.

Nearly one-in-10 aged care homes across the country have been found to be substandard.

The government’s rating system awarded just 20 of the nation’s facilities a maximum of five stars.

Ms Sparrow told Michael McLaren there are already calls for the system to be scrapped with the Opposition saying that information used for the rating is out of date.
