The Sydney Thunder defeated the Melbourne Stars by one wicket in a final ball thriller – opening the men’s Big Bash season.

Gurinder Sandhu was the unlikely hero for the Thunder, belting a six over deep midwicket before four byes off the final ball denied the Stars a fairytale comeback.

He joined Adam Hawse to talk about his role in the thrilling victory.
