Australian of the Year Dylan Alcott has launched a new website to help disabled people find employment.

Mr Alcott said he had been inspired to start the website because of ongoing “lower expectations” about what disabled people were capable of.

He told Jim Wilson it’s all about matching people with disabilities to willing employers.
