Australians are being warned about the dangers of cyber crime, with more sophisticated scams on the rise.

Last week, one of Australia’s leading horse trainers lost almost $100,000 in an elaborate email scam.

AFP Cybercrime Operations Commander Chris Goldsmid told Ray Hadley it’s important people take precautions when money transfers are involved.
