Reddam House students Jamie Holdcroft and Daniel van Heerde took over the school canteen when they found it shut after lockdown last year.

The then year 10 students surveyed their peers on their preferred menus and invested about $1000 of their own money into the venture.

Now, they’re turning over a profit.

They told Deborah Knight Turkish gozleme are a popular item.

“They’re our expensive item at $8.”
