This year is officially Sydney’s wettest on record, and houses across the city are bearing the brunt of the wild weather.

Third generation property developer Steve Chandler told Chris O’Keefe there are a few simple ways you can protect your home.

“Have a look at the mouldings which go around the window frame, and make sure there are no gaps which allow moisture to come through.”
