Ben Fordham has called out Optus’ “mismanagement” of the cyber hack.

The CEO last night released a pre-recorded video update with the latest figures of the data breach.

Ben says this goes against what is required now – live daily briefings.

“This is a public relations disaster and Optus has not responded well,” Ben said.

“For an outfit this large their response has been embarrassing.”
