Dominic Perrottet has disputed the rail union boss’ claims he hasn’t met with him during negotiations.

The Premier is threatening to rip up the union’s existing enterprise agreement and head to Fair Work Australia.

But there are questions over whether the government has such a power.

Rail Union Secretary Alex Claassens has claimed Mr Perrottet has refused to meet.

But the Premier disputes this.

“As part of these negotiations of the enterprise agreement, I have met with Alex Claassens,” he told Ben Fordham.
