No, we’re not kidding…

Yesterday, listener James from Seven Hills called the open line and told Jim about a major drama he was having.

James had searched the supermarket aisles high and low but he couldn’t find SPC baked beans anywhere.

He wanted the full-salt version, not the salt-reduced.

Luckily, 2GB Content Manager Luke Davis happened to be listening from aisle 3 at his local IGA.

Luke dropped off the beans at James’ house later in the evening.

James told Jim he thought it was a joke.

“I’m going to have a special baked beans breakfast Saturday morning!

“Luke is a legend!”
