The 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham will have the biggest para-sport program in history.

It’s also the only multi-sport event in the world where para-sports are held concurrently with the sports program.

Paralympic gold medallist and Australian of the Year, Dylan Alcott, told Jim Wilson it’s a big moment for those athletes.

“To be able to see the para-athletes in the prime-time is pretty special,” he said on 2GB Drive.
