Business coach Kathy McKenzie has called out ‘boomer bossess’ who don’t understand younger workers.

The business coach said “in the 80s and 90s, if someone was telling you something that you already knew you just sucked it up”.

“Millennials and the new workforce now also really understand what coaching and mentorship is”.

Many Breakfast listeners disagreed with Ms McKenzie’s thoughts.
