A member of the 2002 premiership-winning Roosters side, Luke Phillips played over 100 games with the Raiders, Cowboys, Manly, and his beloved Roosters.

After stepping away from the game Luke jumped back on the field with the whistle, bringing a unique view to refereeing rugby league.
