The candidate for the NSW state seat of Strathfield, Bridget Sakr, has reacted to the tearing down of her campaign posters.

Ms Sakr’s daughter, Veronique, 11, was one of four children killed by a drunk driver while walking to buy ice cream in Oatlands.

She told Ben Fordham the tearing down of posters is “disappointing” but she’s “going to take the high ground”.

“The focus should be on our community.”
