Andrew Abdo has reassured that COVID will not put a halt to any plans for the NRL 2022 season.

Abdo told Mark Levy, “We want very little disruption”.

The CEO has stated that protocols and decisions are still being made as COVID guidelines continue to change.

“It’s going to be a massive year and we’re in for a lot of change.”

With the hope that Omicron will peak, Abdo, said: “I’m confident that we’ll the NRL operating in March”.
