Ben Fordham has grilled the NSW Attorney-General over recent bail decisions that saw an alleged drug kingpin become the most wanted man in the country.

Mark Speakman has ordered an investigation into six bail decisions, one of them being the release of Mostafa Baluch.

Mark Speakman told Ben Fordham “it’s a difficult balancing exercise”.

“When you’ve got a system of 100,000 bail applications every year inevitably there will be some aberrations.”

“You’ve said the same thing six times!” Ben shot back, “Why don’t you get angry like others and stamp your feet when they get it wrong?”
