The NSW Treasurer has addressed questions about the overhaul of stamp duty in NSW.

The Treasurer has appeared at odds with the Premier, walking back from Dominic Perrottet’s reforms.

Mr Perrottet’s proposal would see home buyers given the choice between paying stamp duty or an annual property tax.

Matt Kean told Joe Hildebrand it’s under consideration.

“There are equity issues and that really concerns me, I don’t want anyone left worse off by this change.”
