A medical expert has expressed his disappointment with the Premier’s reward for hitting six million jabs.

Fully vaccinated people outside LGAs of concern will be able to gather outside in groups of five while those inside those LGAs can go for an hour-long picnic with their fully vaccinated family.

Medical Journal of Australia Editor Professor Nick Talley told Ben Fordham the government could have gone further.

“I’d like to see a little bit more freedom given, it’s been such a long lockdown.”
