Extinction Rebellion protesters who vandalised Parliament House and superglued themselves to the parliament forecourt has been issued a $20 fine.

Four Extinction Rebellion protesters were given a total of seven $20 fines by an ACT Magistrate on Wednesday.

“That is a rort,” Ben said.

“I can’t even believe that there’s such a thing as a $20 fine!”
