Nindigully in Queensland’s west has an official population of 8. That hasn’t stopped the Nindigully pub from producing the biggest burgers in the country and offering patrons the ultimate eating challenge. Burgers range from 5 to 25kg in weight, and you can always wash them down with a cold beer. Owner Steve Burns, otherwise known as “Burnsy”, spoke to Murray Olds and Phil Burton about his unique menu.
