A high-tech Melbourne research facility is using an unlikely subject in its search to find a cure to the COVID-19 virus.

Australia Overnight’s Luke Grant spoke to one of the lead researchers at the ANSTO Australian Synchrotron.

Professor Mike James told Luke Grant the animals hold a rare antibody which could be key to curing the virus.
