Naked man stabbed to death, woman arrested
A woman has been charged with murder after allegedly stabbing a man to death in Sydney’s inner west on Saturday night.
At about 8pm, residents of a public housing apartment block on Pyrmont Bridge Road at Camperdown heard a man screaming.
When they came outside they found a man with no clothes on suffering multiple stab wounds.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and took the 25-year old man to the nearby RPA Hospital where he later died.
Police returned to the building on Sunday, executing a warrant inside one of the units and arresting a 30-year-old woman.
She’s been charged with murder and refused bail to face court today.
Residents of the Camperdown tower say it’s notorious for drug use and violent crime with police confirming the building is well-known to them.
More to come…
