Vale Carmen Duncan

Hear Rev. Crews’ revealing profile interview with the late, great Aussie actress Carmen Duncan. She passed away on Sunday afternoon after a battle with cancer.

Carmen had an acting career that spanned more than 40 years! She was an integral part of the early days of Australian television. In fact no TV series between the 60s and the 80s was complete without her: Hunter, Number 96, Skyways, A Country Practice, Homicide, All Saints and the Flying Doctors.. to name just a few.

Carmen also became a household name in America where 90 million people watched her each week in the role of Iris Carrington-Wheeler in the TV soap, Another World!

When Rev. Crews last meet Carmen she was about to take to the stage in Sydney in a remarkable production called The Credeaux Canvas.
