Alisha Fisher, The CEO of the Strata Community Association says the Opal Tower incident which saw the apartment building cracked forcing evacuations on Christmas Eve was just the tip of the iceberg.   She says to Michael that Australia’s construction system should be audited immediately and a dedicated emergency fund set up for apartment residents displaced by dodgy building work.
