Cyclist in a critical condition after being hit at Mt Colah
A cyclist is in a critical condition after a collision with a car at Mount Colah in Sydney’s north.
The man, aged in his 40s, had been riding on Ku-ring-gai Chase Road when he was hit by a station wagon.
His body fell through the windscreen on impact.
The man was treated by bystanders before paramedics arrived.
A CareFlight helicopter attended the scene and the patient has been transported to Royal North Shore Hospital.
Ambulance Inspector Carolyn Parish tells Deborah Knight he is in a critical but stable condition.
