Agriculture looks for superannuation investment

Farming in Australia wants to be a $100 billion industry by 2030, but one of the challenges facing the sector is attracting new investment.

A parliamentary committee has this year been investigating superannuation funds investing in agriculture.

It has made four recommendations to the industries aiming to improve agricultural data making it more suitable for investment analysis.

To find out more, rural reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with the Committee Chairman, and WA Liberal MP Rick Wilson.
