Transport Minister John Graham discusses the tough new penalties for shared e-bike operators, who face fines of up to $55,000 for failing to comply with directions to remove incorrectly stored devices.

Graham says the goal is to enforce minimum standards for maintenance, insurance, and device distribution, with Transport for NSW holding the power to revoke operator approval.
