A report released today by KPMG exposes an energy poverty that is being felt most by children and indigenous households.

The paper’s author, Bernard Salt, speaks to Deborah Knight about the rising cost of energy and who it’s affecting.

“There is no one who is not affected.

“About 240,000 people are in these 42,000 households and over 200,000 of those are kids.

“That’s where it’s hurting most.”
